BEIJING, Feb. 1 (Xinhua) -- Top legislator Wu Bangguo returned to Beijing Friday after attending the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum (APPF) in the Russian city of Vladivostok and paying a state visit to Mongolia.
The 21st annual meeting of the APPF, which closed Wednesday, adopted 14 resolutions and one joint communique intended to enhance regional integration and promote regional prosperity.
Wu also paid a state visit to Mongolia after attending the APPF. During meetings with Mongolian President Tsakhia Elbegdorj and Prime Minister Noroviin Altanhuyag, Wu pledged to advance China-Mongolia relations and boost bilateral economic cooperation.
