2007年3月13日下午3时，第十届全国人民代表大会第五次会议在人民大会堂举行第四次全体会议，听取最高人民法院院长肖扬作最高人民法院工作报告，听取最高人民检察院检察长贾春旺作最高人民检察院工作报告。

请香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区新闻官员和外国驻华新闻官员凭新闻官旁听证进大会堂东门南侧第一个门，在大礼堂二楼前4区和后4区的前10排或记者席就座。

请中央新闻单位和地方随团记者、港澳台记者、外国记者凭大会制发的记者证进人民大会堂东门，凭二楼记者证在大礼堂二楼前3、5、7区就座；凭三楼记者证在大礼堂三楼就座。

The fourth plenary session of the 5^th Session of the 10^th National People’s Congress will be held at 3pm, March 13 at the Great Hall of the People. President Xiao Yang will deliver the work report of the Supreme People's Court; Procurator-general Jia Chunwang will deliver the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

Press officers from Hong Kong and Macao SAR and press officers of foreign countries in China please enter the Great Hall of the People through the first gate in the south of the Eastern Entrance with your Auditing Cards, and should be seated in area No.4 in the front and the first ten lines in area No.4 on the back or the press area of the second floor.

Journalists from China and abroad may enter the Great Hall of the People through the East Entrance with your press cards. Those who hold G2 Press Cards should be seated in area No.3, 5 and 7 in the front of the second floor while those who hold G3 Press Cards be seated on the third floor.
