2007年3月11日下午3时，第十届全国人民代表大会第五次会议在人民大会堂举行第三次全体会议，听取全国人大常委会委员长吴邦国作全国人民代表大会常委会工作报告。

请香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区新闻官员和外国驻华新闻官员凭新闻官旁听证进大会堂东门南侧第一个门，在大礼堂二楼前4区和后4区的前10排或记者席就座。

请中央新闻单位和地方随团记者、港澳台记者、外国记者凭大会制发的记者证进人民大会堂东门，凭二楼、三楼记者证在大礼堂二楼前3、5、7区就座。

The third plenary session of the 5^th Session of the 10^th National People’s Congress will be held at 3pm, March 11 at the Great Hall of the People. Chairman Wu Bangguo of the NPC Standing Committee will deliver the work report of the NPC Standing Committee.

Press officers from Hong Kong and Macao SAR and press officers of foreign countries in China please enter the Great Hall of the People through the first gate in the south of the Eastern Entrance with your Auditing Cards, and should be seated in area No.4 in the front and the first ten lines in area No.4 on the back or the press area of the second floor.

Journalists from China and abroad may enter the Great Hall of the People through the East Entrance with your press cards. Those who hold G2 ,G3 Press Cards should be seated in area No.3, 5 and 7 in the front of the second floor.
