3月5日（星期一）上午9时，第十届全国人民代表大会第五次会议在人民大会堂开幕，听取国务院总理温家宝作政府工作报告，审查年度计划报告和预算报告。

请中央新闻单位和地方随团记者、港澳台记者、外国记者凭大会制发的记者证进人民大会堂东门，凭二楼记者证在大礼堂二楼前3、5、7区就座；凭三楼记者证在大礼堂三楼就座。

The Opening Session of the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress will begin at 9:00am on 5 March (Monday). The meeting will hear the work report of the government delivered by Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council, examining the annual plan and budget report.  
Journalists from China and abroad may enter the Great Hall of the People through the East Gate with your press cards. Those who hold G2 Press Cards should be seated in area No. 3, 5 and 7 in the front of the second floor while those who hold G3 Press Cards be seated on the third floor.
