The Press center of the 2nd Session of the 13th National People’s Congress(NPC) will hold a press conference at 8:45am Monday March 11, at Press Conference Hall, Media Center. Mr. Wang Zhigang, Minister of Science and Technology(MOST), Mr. Limeng, Vice Minister of MOST, Mr. Xu Jing, Director-General of Department of Strategic Planning of MOST, Mr. He Defang, Director-General of Department of Policy, Regulation and Innovation System of MOST, and Mr. Zhang Xiaoyuan, Director-General of Department of Resource Allocation and Management of MOST, will take questions regarding advancing the establishment of innovation-oriented countries.
