The 4th Plenary Session of the 1st Session of the 13th National People’s Congress will be convened at 9:00am on Tuesday March 13th, 2018 at the Great Hall of the People(GHP).

Journalists shall go through security check at the south passage of the East Gate of the GHP with NPC press cards 90 minutes in advance. Journalists with press cards marked with number “2” and “3” should be seated in area No. 5 , 7 and the rear part of area No. 3 (behind and including row 11th) labeled “Press”on the SECOND floor. Live coverage on all floors should be stopped 5 minutes before the session. Please keep quiet after the session begins.

Major documents of the session will be handed out 60 minutes before the session. Domestic journalists and journalists from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan please collect the documents in the Press Conference Hall on the north side of the first floor. Foreign journalists please collect the documents on the south side of the second floor.

Journalists may conduct covering activities in the area below the steps outside the East Gate（excluding the road on the west of Tiananmen Square）, or the area outside of the Grand Auditorium of the GHP before and after the session. “Deputies’ Passage” will be open before the session in the Central Hall of the GHP and “Minister’s Passage” will be open after the session in the North Hall of the GHP. Journalists from home and abroad are welcome to attend. Pre-session covering and interviews should end 15 minutes before the session.

Journalists with vehicle passes should drive into Tiananmen Square by the entrance on the road on the east of the square and park the vehicles in the designated area.
