The 1st Session of the 13th NPC will open at 9:00 am on March 5, 2018 at the Great Hall of the People. A shuttle bus will be arranged for foreign journalists.

The shuttle bus will depart from the parking lot south of St. Regis Hotel at 7:00am, March 5.

The shuttle bus will leave for St. Regis Hotel 30 minutes later after conclusion of the event.
