Chinese senior lawmaker to attend Arctic forum in Russia

BEIJING, April 3 (Xinhua) -- Arken Imirbaki, vice chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee, will attend the 5th International Arctic Forum in Russia from April 8 to 12 at the invitation of Russian government, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang said Wednesday.
