At the invitation of Wu Bangguo, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, speaker of Kenya's national assembly Kenneth Marende will pay a visit to China from Oct. 21 to 26, according to a statement released Tuesday by the NPC Standing Committee.
