Ismail Tiliwaldi, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) met with visiting Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey Koksal Toptan here on Tuesday.
Toptan is on an official goodwill visit to China from April 6 to 11.
Wu Bangguo, chairman of the Standing Committee of the NPC, and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao met with Toptan, respectively, on Monday.
