BEIJING, March 17 (Xinhua) -- Deputies to the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) started to cast ballots to elect state leaders Saturday morning.
Lawmakers will elect the president and vice president of the People's Republic of China (PRC), chairman of the Central Military Commission of the PRC, as well as the 13th NPC Standing Committee chairman, vice chairpersons, and secretary-general.
