China will continue to promote all reforms in its economic and political systems "with greater resolve and courage", according to a report to be delivered by Premier Wen Jiabao on Monday at the parliament's annual session.
"We must respect the people's creativity; boldly explore new ways ... solve complex issues in development in line with the requirements of the Scientific Outlook on Development," says the report available to the media ahead of the opening meeting of the Fifth Session of the National People's Congress (NPC).
