The Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress on Thursday approved an agreement with Kuwait on judicial assistance concerning civil and commercial affairs.
The bill was tabled by the State Council, the country's Cabinet, for review at the second session of the 11th NPC's Standing Committee, the top legislature, held from Tuesday to Thursday.
