The 31st session of the Standing Committee of the National Poeple's Congress holds group discussion Sunday afternoon December 23, 2007. Members of the Standing Committee deliberate draft anti-drug law, the draft amendment to the road traffic safety law, the draft amendment to the frontier health and quarantine law, the draft amendment to the law on protection of cultural relics and the draft amendment to the individual income tax law.
