Decision by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Approving the Resignation of Huang Kangsheng from His Posts of Member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and Member of the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress

Article 23, Item 3 of the Organic Law of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China says “A member of the Standing Committee may not hold office in the administrative, judicial or procuratorial organs of the State and that if he expects to hold such an office, he must first resign from his post in the Standing Committee.” In accordance with this stipulation, the Twenty-Eighth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress approved the resignation of Huang Kangsheng from his posts of Member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and Member of the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress.
