Appointments and Removal by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress
(Passed on October 31, 2006 by the Twenty-Fourth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress)

(1). Appointing Jing Hanchao Member of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People’s Court and Judge of the Supreme People’s Court.

(2). Appointing Liu Xuewen, Song Xiaoming, Zhao Daguang and Gong Ming Member of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People’s Court.

(3). Appointing Wan Yonghai, Wang Zhihui, Wu Guangxia, Li Xiao, Wang Hongbin, OuYang Nanping, Wu Wenhe, Luo Guoliang, Jiang Yongyi, Nie Hongyong, Guo Qingguo and Cheng Yongsheng Judge of the Supreme People’s Court.

(4). Removing Dou Hanwei from the post of Judge of the Supreme People’s Court.
