Appointments and Removal by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress

(1). Appointing Huang Yongwei Associate Chief Judge and Judge of the Judicial and Supervisory Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court.

(2). Appointing Wang Feihong, Yang Yongqing, Wang Zhiping, Chen Bailing, Jia Wei, Qian Xiaochen, Gao Ke and Han Yanbin Judge of the Supreme People’s Court.

(3). Removing Qu Shuhui from the post of Judge of the Supreme People’s Court.
