Appointments and Removals by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress

(1). Removing Huang Baoxin from the post of Vice-Chairman
of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Basic Law
Committee of the Standing Committee of the National
People's Congress;

Appointing Leung Oi-sie and Li Fei Vice-Chairman of Hong
Kong Special Administrative Region Basic Law Committee of
the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.

(2). Removing Wang Guangya, Liu Zhen, Chen Zuoer and
Xia Yong from the post of Member of Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region Basic Law Committee of the Standing
Committee of the National People's Congress;

Appointing Wang Fengchao, Wang Zhenmin, Zhang Xiaoming and Rao Geping Member of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Basic Law Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.
