(1). Appointing Li Ke Judge of the Supreme People's Court and Member of the Judicial Committee.

(2). Appointing Liu Xuewen Chief Judge of the Case-filing Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court.

(3). Removing Wang Xiuhong from the post of Chief Judge of the Administrative Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court.

(4). Appointing Zhao Daguang Chief Judge of the Administrative Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court.

(5). Removing Liu Xiaoliu from the post of Associate Chief Judge and Judge of the No.2 Criminal Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court.

(6). Removing Luo Shaohua from the post of Judge of the Supreme People's Court.
