(1). Appointing Huang Ermei Chief Judge of the No.1 Criminal Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court and removing her from the post of Chief Judge of the Case-filing Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court.
(2). Appointing Ji Min Chief Judge of the No. 1 Civil Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court and removing from the post of Chief Judge of the Supervisory Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court.
(3). Appointing Qian Feng Chief Judge of the No. 4 Civil Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court.
(4). Appointing Sun Huapu Chief Judge of the Supervisory Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court and removing him from the post of Chief Judge the No. 1 Civil Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court.
(5). Appointing Wang Dongmin, Wang Huijun , Liu Lixin and Li Jun Judge of the Supreme People's Court.
(6). Removing Nan Ying from the posts of Member of the Judicial Committee, of Chief Judge of the No. 1 Criminal Tribunal and of Judge of the Supreme People's Court.
(7). Removing Yang Wanming Associate Chief Judge of the No.2 Criminal Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court.
(8). Removing Mao Duanzhi from the post of Judge of the Supreme People's Court.
