Appointments and Removals by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress

(1). Appointing Su Zelin Vice-President of the Supreme People's Court.

(2). Appointing Xi Xiaoming Vice-President of the Supreme People's Court and removing him from the post of Chief Judge of the No. 2 Civil Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court.

(3). Removing Jiang Bixin from the posts of Vice-President and Judge of the Supreme People's Court and of Member of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court.

(4). Appointing Sun Huapu Member of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court.

(5). Appointing Luo Dongchuan Judge of the Supreme People's Court and removing him from the post of Associate Chief Judge of the No. 3 Civil Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court.

(6). Removing Yu Lingyu from the post of Chief Judge of the No.4 Civil Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court.

(7). Removing Zheng Chengliang, Dong Tianping and Yu Lei from the post of Judge of the Supreme People's Court.
