Appointments and Removals by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress

(1). Removing Zhao Dengju and Sun Qian from the posts of Vice
President Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and
of Member of the Procuratorial Committee.

(2). Appointing Zhu Xiaoqing and Jiang Jianchu Vice-President
and Member of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

(3). Appointing Yang Hude, Zhang Hongxia, Han Xiaofeng, Zhang
Pengyu, Liu Xin and Xu Daomin Procurator of the Supreme
People's Procuratorate.

(4). Removing Sun Shengge from the post of Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
