In accordance with the nomination of Chairman Hu Jintao of the Central Military Commission of the People's Republic of China, the Third Plenary Session of the Tenth National People's Congress decided to additionally appoint Xu Caihou Vice-Chairman of the Central Military Commission of the People's Republic of China, and Chen Bingde, Qiao Qingchen, Zhang Dingfa and Jing Zhiyuan member of the Central Military Commission on March 14, 2005.
