President Hu Jintao of the People's Republic of China announced the appointments and removals from office the following ambassadors to foreign countries, in accordance with a decision made by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on October 27, 2005:
(1). Removing from office Wu Hongbin, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Tajikistan; appointing Li Huilai the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Tajikistan.
(2). Removing from office Yu Zhenqi,the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Belarus; appointing Wu Hongbin the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Belarus.
(3). Removing from office Xie Hangsheng,the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Bulgaria; appointing Yu Zhenqi the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Bulgaria.
(4). Removing from office Li Jinjun, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Union of Myanmar; appointing Guan Mu the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Union of Myanmar.
(5). Removing from office Zhao Chunsheng, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Union of Comoros; appointing Tao Weiguang the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Union of Comoros.
(6). Removing from office Gao Yusheng, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Uzbekistan; appointing Yu Hongjun the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Uzbekistan.
(7). Removing from office Li Lianfu, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Cuba; appointing Zhao Rongxian the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Cuba.
