President Hu Jintao of the People's Republic of China announced the appointments and removals from office the following ambassadors to foreign countries on September 11, 2005, in accordance with a decision made by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress:
Removing from office Li Bin, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Republic of Korea; appointing Ning Fukui the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Republic of Korea.
