The Press center of the 2nd Session of the 13th National People’s Congress(NPC) will hold a press conference at 10:50am Thursday March 7, at Multi-functional Conference Hall, Media Center. Mr. Liu Yongfu, Minister of China State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development, will take questions regarding winning the last battle against poverty.
