Foreign journalists and press officers,
Press cards, auditing cards and vehicle passes for the Second Session of the 13th National People's Congress and the Second Session of the 13th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee of the People's Republic of China will be distributed in batches. Please collect your respective cards and passes at the Press Center on March 1 & 2(9:00-21:00).
Resident foreign journalists shall bring Press Cards issued by the IPC; foreign journalists for short-term coverage of the Sessions shall bring valid passports with J-2 VISA; press officers shall present their valid passports and diplomatic ID card; and the Chinese assistants shall come with Chinese employee cards issued by the designated organizations providing services to foreign nationals. Those who collect cards of their colleagues shall provide valid original ID cards of their own, an introduction letter with the official seal of their work unit, and the copy of their colleagues' valid documents mentioned above.
Address of the Press Center: Media Center, 11B Fuxing Road, Haidian District, Beijing. (Please enter the Media Center from its North Gate.) Journalists and press officers shall present NPC press cards or auditing cards for entering the Media Center. For those who have not collected their cards, please present IPC Press Cards, employee cards or other valid documents.
