China's top legislature to convene annual session on March 5

BEIJING, Dec. 31 (Xinhua) -- The National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, is to convene its annual session in Beijing on March 5, 2012.

The decision to hold the Fifth Session of the 11th NPC in March next year was adopted Saturday at a bimonthly session of the Standing Committee of the NPC.
