BEIJING, April 13 (Xinhua) -- The Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress (NPC) will convene its bimonthly session from April 20 to 22 to review a series of drafts, law amendments and reports.
According to a statement from the NPC Standing Committee chairpersons' meeting held Wednesday, the agenda recommended for the upcoming session includes reviewing the draft law on administrative coercion, draft decisions on amending several articles of the Coal Law and the Construction Law, and draft amendments to the Road Traffic Safety Law and the Individual Income Tax Law.
Reports on the reform of the country's collective forest rights system and the law publicity and education program will also be deliberated at the session.
Wednesday's meeting was presided over by top legislator Wu Bangguo.
