A Press Conference will be held during the 4th Session of the 11th National People’s Congress at the Central Hall on the 3rd Floor of the Great Hall of the People at 15:00 on March 10th, 2011 (Thursday).
It will be given by Deputy Director Li Fei of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee, Deputy Director Xin Chunying of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee and President Xu Xianming of Shandong University, focusing on the formation and perfection of Socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.
