BEIJING, Sept. 19 (Xinhua) -- A delegation of the National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, left here on Sunday for a goodwill visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Malta.
The delegation, led by Li Jianguo, vice chairman and secretary-general of the NPC Standing Committee, is visiting the two countries from Sept. 19-27 at the invitation of the Federal National Council of UAE and the parliament of Malta.
