BEIJING, July 21 (Xinhua) -- Top Chinese legislator Wu Bangguo returned to Beijing Wednesday after a fortnight tour to France, Serbia and Switzerland.
Wu, chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress, the country's top legislature, also attended the third World Conference of Speakers of Parliament in Geneva during his stay in Switzerland.
