A Press Conference will be held during the 2nd Session of the 11th National People’s Congress at the Press Room on the First Floor of the Great Hall of the People at 10:00am on March 6th, 2009 (Friday). It will be given by Chairman Ma Kai of the National Development and Reform Commission, Minister Xie Xuren of Finance and Governor Zhou Xiaochuan of the People's Bank of China, focusing on China’s efforts to cope with the global financial crisis and maintain steady and relately-fast economic growth. Journalists from China and abroad are welcome to attend.
