China's legislature approves report on central, local budgets

BEIJING, March 16 (Xinhua) -- The Fourth Session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) on Wednesday adopted a resolution to approve the report on the implementation of central and local budgets for 2015 and on draft central and local budgets for 2016.
