China's legislature approves report on economic, social development plan

BEIJING, March 16 (Xinhua) -- The Fourth Session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) on Wednesday adopted a resolution to approve the Report on the Implementation of the 2015 Plan for National Economic and Social Development and on the 2016 Draft Plan for National Economic and Social Development.
