BEIJING, March 10 (Xinhua) -- Following are the schedules for the fourth sessions of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) on Friday.
NPC:
-- NPC delegations will hold plenary meetings to deliberate the draft charity law in the morning.
-- NPC deputies will attend panel deliberations on the draft in the afternoon.
-- At 10 a.m., Minister of Environmental Protection Chen Jining will give a press conference at the press center of the two sessions.
