The Closing Session of the 3rd Session of the 12th National People’s Congress (NPC) will be convened at the Great Hall of the People (GHP) at 9:00am on Sunday March 15th, 2015. The session will vote on the draft resolution on the Work Report of the Government, the draft resolution on the Implementation of the Plan for National Economic and Social Development for 2014 and the Plan for National Economic and Social Development for 2015，the draft resolution on the Implementation of the Central and Local Budget for 2014 and the Central and Local Budget for 2015, the draft resolution on the Work Report of the NPC Standing Committee, the draft resolution on the Work Report of the Supreme People’s Court, the draft resolution on the Work Report of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the draft resolution on the Amendment of the Legislation Law of the People’s Republic of China and the draft resolution on NPC Standing Committee accepting the resignation of Chen Jining and Chen Hao as members of the NPC Standing Committee.
Journalists shall go through security check at the south passage of the East Gate of the GHP with NPC press cards 80 minutes in advance. Journalists with press cards marked with number “2”and “3”should all be seated in area No. 3, 5 and 7 on the SECOND floor. Live coverage on all floors should be stopped 5 minutes before the session. Please keep quiet after the session begins.
Journalists may conduct interviews in the area below the steps out of the East Gate（excluding the road on the west of Tiananmen Square）, or the area outside of the Grand Auditorium of the GHP before or after the session. Journalists may also conduct interviews with the Ministers sitting in on the session in the designated area east of the North Hall of the GHP. All such covering and interviews should end 15 minutes before the session.
Journalists with vehicle passes should drive into Tiananmen Square by the entrance on the road on the east of the square and park the vehicles in the designated area.
