The 3rd Session of the 12th NPC will open at 9:00 am on March 5, 2015 at the Great Hall of the People. A shuttle bus will be arranged for foreign journalists.
The shuttle bus will depart from the parking lot of St. Regis Hotel at 7:30am, March 5.
The shuttle bus will leave for St. Regis Hotel 30 minutes later after conclusion of the event.
