Cui also said," In order to curb corruption, more regulations are coming out, and some measures are added to target specific areas, such as governmental procurement, governmental projects' bids. All regulatory adjustments made by authorities are aimed at regulating the behavior of public servants and preventing bribery and embezzlement happening. "

Besides, regulatory actions pinpointing to governmental issues, property proclaiming requirement is also another pilot program trying to reduce public servant's illegal income.

Lin Fan, the deputy of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, said," It is obviously a huge progress that public servants at all levels must register their properties. I also have to report my own. It may take some time to prefect the whole system; however, this is an initial and positive step towards fighting corruption."
