Following is the agenda for the fifth sessions of the 11th National People's Congress (NPC) on Sunday.
-- At 9 a.m., NPC deputies will hold panel discussions about the draft amendment to the Criminal Procedure Law, draft decision on deputy election for the 12th NPC, and draft methods for the election of deputies to the 12th NPC from the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions.
-- At 3 p.m., NPC deputies will hold a plenary meeting in the Great Hall of the People. Wang Shengjun, president of the Supreme People's Court (SPC), will deliver a report on the SPC's work. Cao Jianming, procurator-general of the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP), will deliver a report on the SPP's work.
-- At 7:30 p.m., three NPC deputies, who work in local people's courts, will be available for interview via the Internet on carrying out their duties.
