China needs to strike a balance between maintaining a relatively fast and stable development, economic structural adjustment and management of inflation expectation to advert a possible "double dip" this year, Premier Wen Jiabao said here Sunday.
The world is still facing uncertainties in economic recovery and major challenges and problems in the world economy have not been fully addressed, he said at a press conference after the annual parliament session concluded.
