China's top judge Wang Shengjun started to deliver a report on the work of the Supreme People's Court(SPC) at a meeting of the annual session of the National People's Congress Thursday.
Chinese leaders Hu Jintao, Wu Bangguo, Wen Jiabao, Jia Qinglin, Li Changchun, Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, He Guoqiang and Zhou Yongkang attended the plenary meeting of the Third Session of the 11th National People's Congress.
