The Fourth Session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) will hold its Second Plenary Session at 3:00 p.m. Monday, March 8, 2021 at the Great Hall of the People (GHP).
The Session will be broadcast live by the China Media Group and the transcripts with photos will be broadcast online by Xinhuanet in real time.
After the Session begins, domestic and foreign journalists interviewing the Session can access the Online Information Service for Journalists on the webpage of the Press Center with their username and password, and download Session documents.
The "Representatives’ Channel" interview will be held before the start of the Session (14:05 p.m.-14:45 p.m.), and some NPC representatives will be invited to take the interview online. After the Session, the "Ministers’ Channel" interview will be held, and some ministers attending the Session will be invited to take the interview online. Both interviews will be broadcast live by the China Media Group, and transcripts with photos will be broadcast online by China.org.cn in real time.
