With regard to the decision adopted at the 16th Meeting of the 13th NPC Standing Committee on postponing the 3rd Session of the 13th NPC , and the proposal made at the 33rd Meeting of the Chairperson's Council of the 13th CPPCC National Committee to postpone the 3rd Session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee, the work of covering the two above-mentioned sessions needs to be adjusted. The official opening of the Press Center of the two sessions at Beijing Media Center, which was originally scheduled for February 27th, 2020, will be postponed until further notice.
