Views on the draft laws have been quite consistent after deliberation at former sessions of the NPC Standing Committee. Therefore, the NPC Law Committee suggests the draft laws be approved through voting by this session of the Standing Committee, and if the drafts are approved, officials from the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee will be invited to answer questions from the press over the laws.     Journalists interested in the press conference may sign up with the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee and take invitations and vehicle passes.
