BEIJING, March 30 (Xinhua) -- A delegation of the National People's Congress (NPC) left Beijing Thursday evening to visit three African countries.
The delegation, headed by Vice Chairman of the NPC Standing Committee Sang Guowei, will travel to Uganda to attend the 126th Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Assembly, and pay a good-will visit to Botswana and Mauritius.
