BEIJING, May 18 (Xinhua) -- Han Qide, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, left Beijing on Wednesday afternoon for friendly visits to Latvia and Slovenia heading a delegation of NPC.
According to a press release from the NPC, Han was invited by the parliaments of Latvia and Slovenia.
