A Norwegian parliamentary delegation, led by Olav Gunnar Ballo, vice president of the Odelsting (Lower House) of the Norwegian Parliament, will pay an official goodwill visit to China from Nov. 10 to 17, at the invitation of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China.
