A press conference will be held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in Taiwan Hall of the Great Hall of the People at 16:00 December 26, 2009 (Saturday).
Journalists from China and abroad are all welcome.
The 12th session of the 11th NPC Standing Committee is scheduled to close on December 26. After the session, officials from related departments such as the NPC Environment Protection & Resources Conservation Committee and the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee will answer questions from the press over the laws approved by the session.
There will be no interpretation service for the press conference. Please raise questions in Chinese.
Journalists interested in the press conference may obtain invitation letters and parking permits from the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee (23 Xijiaominxiang, Xicheng District) by showing one’s own valid identification for interviewing. The deadline is 17:00 December 25.
Please show invitation letters to enter the North Gate of the Great Hall of the People for the press conference, and with the parking permits, park cars in the parking lot at the North Gate.
